A new alleged render of the upcoming Xiaomi Mi Note 2 surfaced online today on Weibo. While the authenticity of these renders cannot be confirmed at this point, the details that they claim to reveal are quite interesting.
As you can see for yourself in the image below, this new Xiaomi Mi Note 2 the render reveals a phone with an interesting primary dual-camera setup on the back.
While previous leaks hinted at a phone with two horizontally-aligned cameras, these new renders show a phone with two vertically-aligned ones. Xiaomi is no stranger to launching phones with dual-camera setups; both the Redmi Pro and the Mi 5s Plus featured such a system.
If the rumor mill is to be believed, the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 will come with a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED display running at 1440 by 2560 pixels, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 chipset, 6GB of RAM, up to 256GB of onboard storage, and a 4000mAh battery.
Previous renders have revealed that the Note 2 will come with a metal ice cream sandwich build. The glass panels on both the back and the front are curved toward the two side edges, although we can’t tell if the display itself will be curved as well.
What do you guys think, are these the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 renders the real deal?
