Samsung Galaxy Note 2 Review: Not Just A Bulky S3 - Auto-o-Mobile

The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 looks a lot like a larger Samsung Galaxy S3, but the handset comes with a great deal more.

Yes, the handset does look just like a larger version of the Samsung Galaxy S3 thanks to the thin bezel and the layout of the home and volume buttons, alongwith the menu button. You can choose between two colors, marble white and titanium gray.

When The Samsung Galaxy Note first came out it was said to be too large That it would not catch on. The device had a display of 5.3 inches. Now the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 has 5.5 inches but thanks to the thin bezel it does not looks much larger. The device comes with a 16:9 aspect ratio, Which is excellent for watching movies and if you have large hands it’s not a problem to hold. You could want to invest in Bluetooth though if you have smaller hands and due to the fact That if you talk for a long time it is uncomfortable.

The Galaxy hardware has been improved since the Samsung Galaxy S3. The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 has the quad core Exynos processor alongwith 2GB of RAM. In comparison, the U.S. Samsung Galaxy S3 comes with two cores and 2GB of RAM or Internationally this is four cores and 1GB of RAM.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 offers

16GB of storage and you can add on another 64GB thanks to the SD card. Thanks to the quad core processor and Project Butter it has great speed and feels slightly more fluid During usage than the Samsung Galaxy S3.

The battery of the device has moved up from 2500mAh to 3100mAh and this means That It provides around 12 hours talktime while Supporting LTE and the larger display. There is an 8 megapixel camera on the back and on the front is a 1.9 megapixel. The battery of the Samsung Galaxy S3 in tests, was said to be a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 though.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 comes with an updated S Pen That has friction feedback and it is ready for use upon taking it from the dock thanks to the Quick Command, Easy Clip and Air View. Easy Clip is great for clipping images and sharing them, while Air View Allows you to preview content by hovering the pen over the screen.

The S Pen is brilliant, however the Multi-windows is the real show-stealer as you can open up two apps into screens That are split and adjust and use them Simultaneously.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 has managed to reinvent the phablet again and it Should go on to’ve become a best seller, with more than 3 million units having alreadycreated been sold. There are some people who will choose the smaller handset, the Galaxy S3, however if They do they will miss out on many extra features.
