It appears That Samsung May pass on updating the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and Samsung Galaxy S3 with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and instead, skip the update Entirely and update them with Android 4.3 later on this year.

Earlier this year, we saw the Samsung Galaxy S3 Android 4.2 Jelly Bean update leak out for the world to see, exposing the update as a bigger update than just Android 4.2 itself. The update is going to ask Bringing some of the features thatcame with The New Samsung Galaxy S4 features thatshould help to keep the phone fresh as owners head into Their second year of ownership.

Verizon pulled the Samsung Galaxy S3 Multi Window update for poor to no signal issues.

The Samsung Galaxy S3 and Galaxy Note 2 May skip Android 4.2.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 Android 4.2 update has yet to leak out though we have Heard That Samsung plans to update the device with Android 4.2 sometime in the third quarter alongwith the Galaxy S3. The third quarterback spans from July to September, leaving a broad window for owners to deal with.

A new rumor though throws all of That out the window as Temefy Suggests That an insider from Research and Development at Samsung India has informed them That Samsung will be skipping Android 4.2 Jelly Bean updates for both of These devices and will instead look to update them with the upcoming Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update instead.

evidently, Samsung is working on both updates for both of These devices though it Appears That the updates May have been delayed again, beyond the company’s target date. November is being suggested as a new target date for the updates, a month That is obviously far off in the distance and land around the Time That We expect a new Nexus and Android 5.0.

This rumor Should be taken with an extreme grain of salt given That we’ve seen Android 4.2 leak out, most recently for the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0, Which saw its update emerge yesterday.

Samsung has yet to confirm anything so this situation remains up in the air. But the Galaxy Note 2 and Galaxy S3 owners need to start preparing for the Possibility of not receiving Android 4.2 but instead, getting Android 4.3 at somepoint Further down the road.

With the third quarterback in full swing, look for more details to emerge in the near future.
