According To a filing with the Bluetooth SIG, Verizon Wireless might be the next stop for the 5.5-inch smartphone. The LG Optimus G Pro has been available on the AT & T network since May of this year and has been going up against the popular Samsung Galaxy Note 2 at the sametime. One feature That might be more intriguing on the LG Optimus G Pro Is that the 5.5-inch touch screen display comes with a full 1080p HD resolution, Compared to the 720p resolution you can find on the Galaxy Note the second

The Galaxy Note 2 does come bundled with a stylus, where the Optimus G Pro does not, but That is a minor feature thatmany could live without in order to get Their hands on the 1080p display. The documents were found That reference a smartphone with the LG-VS980 model number, Which is One That is believed to be the LG Optimus G Pro on the Verizon Wireless network. The model number is very similar to That of the LG Intuition, Which is the LG-VS950.

The LG Intuition was placed on the market in order to keep the Galaxy Note 2 in check, but That did not do anything as the popularity for the device from Samsung grew too quickly. The certification paperwork was found this week, so it looks like it will not be long before we see the device officially Announced on the Verizon Wireless network. Other details about the device are not known and this could be a completely different device, but all the evidence That has been leaked, looks promising for the LG Optimus G Pro.

On the AT & T network, the LG Optimus G Pro features the large touch screen display with 1080p resolution, a 401ppi pixel density and a 10-hour battery. The phone is powered by a quad-core, 600 Snapdragon processor, Adreno 300 graphics processor, 2GB of RAM and comes with a maximum of 32GB of internal memory. A microSD card slot will allow users to expand the internal memory another 64GB if needed. On the backside there is a 13MP camera with LED flash and auto focus, Which overpriced comes with 1080p HD recording. The front side has the smaller, 2.1MP webcam that works perfectly for video calling or self portraits.
