As the tweet above Suggests, the reason for this push-back is the new TouchWiz interface, Which supposedly needs to be tested more thoroughly on both of These handsets before being Launched.
On the other side of the coin, both the Note 2 and the S3 havebeen running on Android 4.1.2 for quite sometime, with Multi-Window and All Those goodies. I’m well aware That most smartphone owners are USUALLY waiting eagerly for a brand new update to arrive, but it could be worse.
