Samsung Galaxy Note 2 phablet Party Crashed By Rumored Sony Yuga - SidhTech

The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is the king of phablets and one of the biggest contenders to it is the other giant Android, the HTC One. Of course there is another devicewhich is thought to coming our way and dubbed the Sony Yuga. If rumors serve true, it will match the 1080p 5-inch HD display of the HTC Butterfly and leave the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 behind as well.

Sony Yuga to take on Samsung Galaxy Note 2

The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 of course comes with the quad core processor and 2GB of RAM and it has an 8 megapixel camera on the back and a camera on the front That takes HD video. The display is 5.5 inches Super AMOLED and the resolution is 720 x 1280 offering 267ppi.

The device will be in competition with the HTC Butteflies, Which happens to come with a 5 inch display but is 1080p IPS. It runs Jelly Bean and it has the Sense overlay of HTC.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 has a price tag of $ 299.99 and two year service agreement.

Now on to the rumored Sony Yuga, leaked photos of the Yuga continue to surface and the images have come with the informationthat the Jelly Bean smartphone will have a display of 5 inches and will Utilized Dragon Trail Ice Cream, Which is said to be shatter proof, on both the front and the back of the handset. The Sony Yuga is slim and it is resistant to dust and water.

Other rumored goodies include the Bravia engine 2, digital touch input and sensor on touchscreen tech. To power the device is the Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro and it is packed with 2GB of RAM. The battery powering the handset is 2800mAh.

The device & Q external storage and it is 4G compatible with a 13 megapixel camera. It willhave Jelly Bean out of the box and this means That it will support Project Butter. The smoothness will be ensured by the Cortex A15 quad core processors, Which are said to be around 50 to 80% more faster than the Cortex A9, Which is in the Samsung Galaxy Note 2nd

No Word on When it will release but it sounds like it will give the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 a good fight.
