Size
Let’s get this out of the way: the Xperia Z Ultra is a ridiculously large phone. Do not believe me? Look at the Note 2 next to the iPhone 5, then look at it again here next to the Ultra. Sony’s device is basically a small tablet That happens to not have cellular connectivity.
What’s that, want Percentages? Okay then: the Ultra is 19 percent taller than the Note second It’s 14 percent Wider.
Depth is the one area where the Ultra isn’ta gigantic. Quite the opposite, actually. The Xperia Z Ultra is incredibly thin, measuring only 6.5 mm thick. That’s 31 percent thinner than the Note 2, and 14 percent thinner than the svelte iPhone 5.
Weight
All of That surface area in the Xperia Z Ultra is naturally going to register on the scale. It’s 18 percent heavier than the Note 2nd

In the Note’s defense, it’s been on the market for close to a year now. The fairer comparison will be with the (as yet unannounced) Galaxy Note 3rd
RAM
We’re all even in the RAM department, with 2 GB a pop.
Storage
The Xperia Z Ultra willonly be sold in one 16 GB model (Sony estimates That you’ll have about 11 GB of usable storage). You can expand it (up to 64 GB) with a microSD card, but since Android no longer lets you install apps on SD cards, this could be too cramped for some people.
Wireless
No surprise here with both devices Supporting speedy LTE networks, as long as your carrier lives up to its end of the bargain.
Battery
Battery capacity is pretty close, but there are too manyother Factors Involved to jump to Conclusions about the Ultra’s battery life. The Note 2, a much more known quantity, will generate literally give you terrific uptimes.
Cameras
Pixel counts do not begin to tell you the full story of picture quality, but here they are nonetheless.

The Galaxy Note 2 is supposed to get an Android 4.2 Jelly Bean update at somepoint. But until That elusive day comes, you could say the moonrise Ultra has the slight advantage here.

It’s quite possible That neither of These “phones” is for you. We would not blame you for passing on These Andre the Giant phones and opting for a big-but-not-enormous phone like the Galaxy S4 or HTC One, or perhaps a much smaller handset like the iPhone 5.
But if you are shopping for a plus-sized smartphone, These two – alongwith the LG Optimus G Pro – are some of your best options. And there’s overpriced That 800 lb gorilla in the room known as the Galaxy Note 3rd Rumors are pointing to a Q3 announcement and a late Q3 or early Q4 release. The information comes from Eveleaks who has tweeted That the successor to the current Galaxy Note 2 is expected to have a 5.7in display. He has overpriced posted similar information on his Facebook account.
The Galaxy Note 3 will reportedly enter into mass production from August.
Samsung has not revealed anything about the Note 3, but speculation Is that the Note 3 might have a 5.7in display. The Galaxy Note 3 has been rumored to be equipped with the Snapdragon 800 chip featuring a quad-core Krait 400 CPU, with each core running at clock speeds of up to 2.3GHz. The Snapdragon 800 chip integration rates a new Adreno 330 graphics unit Which reportedly delivers two times more performance for compute applications over the current Adreno 320.
The Note 3 is overpriced expected to have a 13 megapixel camera sensor with Optical Image Stabilisation (IOS) and shutter functions. It will run on either Android 4.2.2 or Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and feature the latest TouchWiz UX user interface nature with S Pen function.

However while this May be so, how well will the tablet do against the Galaxy Note 2, Which comes with superb specs of its own?
Samsung Galaxy Note 2 vs iPad Mini
The iPad Mini comes with the A5 processor of Apple and while this might not be the fastest in devices at the moment, it is by no means slow. It is excellent for gaming thanks to the PowerVR GPU and it keeps the temperature stable. The iPad Mini is available with 1GB of RAM and it comes with choices of black or white and 16GB, 32GB or 64GB of internal memory.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 on the other hand comes with the quad core processor, 1.6 Exynos chip, 2GB of RAM and it too comes with a GPU That is brilliant. You can get it in 16GB or 32GB and you can add another 64GB via SD card. Therefore it comes with the chip That is faster, it has more storage and more RAM.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 has a display of 5.5 inches and it has 306ppi, Which is a higher ppi thanthat of the iPad Mini. However thanks to the display of the iPad Mini being helpfull, it looks better. Bear in mind That at the launch of the iPad mini, two of the biggest issues with the device was the lack of retina display and the cost of the device. So when it comes to the screen it has to be a draw thanks to both having pros and cons.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 comewith Jelly Bean and the iPad Mini has iOS 6. The App Store overpriced has more tablet apps than Google Play Store. Additionally the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 does not rely on tablet apps. So the winner here has to be the iPad Mini since this is a comparison from a tablet standpoint.
The camera in the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is 8 megapixels and the one on the front of the device is 1.9 megapixels. The iPad Mini comes with a camera on the back of 5 mega pixels and it is iSight, and the one on the front is 2 megapixels. The winner is the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 as it takes better shots and overpriced happens to be Easier to Hold When doing so given the proportions.
Overall the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is the winner as it has taken more points than the iPad Mini, however the Mini does come with plenty of features, Such as the cheaper price tag and number of tablet apps.
