Samsung Galaxy S3, Note 2 Slated to Receive Android OS Update KitKat by March End

Technology blog, Android Geeks citing a company insider (software engineer) has Claimed That Samsung ‘s 2012 flagship models Galaxy S3 and Galaxy Note 2 would receive the latest Android KitKat OS in late Q1 (March end), soon after the companys finishes OS update process with the Galaxy S4.
The new OS update will bring all the new features of KitKat Such as performance enhancement, improved caller id, immersive display feature, wireless printing options, new Quickoffice Word Mobile and more. However, there will be no major changes in the custom TouchWiz UI said the tipster.
As of now, Samsung has rolled out the KitKat update only to the current flagship phablet Galaxy Note 3 (both 4G and 3G variants) in select markets and is expected to soon release new firmware to the Galaxy S4.
