On 10 December, Xiaomi and its e-commerce partner Amazon teased That a smartphone will ask Launched next week. The teaser Appeared on micro-blogging site Twitter.

However, It has now come to light That the ban on Xiaomi Devices Such as Redmi Note 2 and Its Prime variant, Which houses MediaTek SoC, willcontinue in India.

India Today, citing sources with knowledge of Xiaomi’s plan, HAS Confirmed That device launch teased by Amazon India and Xiaomi is not Redmi Note 2 Prime.
