Google HAS released the all-new Android 6.0 Marshmallow and everyone is eager to get Their hands on the new OS. For Those using the old Galaxy Note 2 from Samsung, They Should not bother anticipating the update Because the age of Their device will preventable them from getting one.
However, there are other methods to enjoy Marshmallow and Among them is through installing a custom ROM That contains the OS manually. Then again, we would advise against this Because the marshmallow will not do any good to an old smartphone.

If you are interested, you can download the Android Lollipop ROM from XDA and apply the follo wing method:
– Get the species 97 kernel as well and unzip it.
– Plug in your S3 to your PC via USB cable.
– Remember the Nandroid backup file. Put it in / sdcard / ClockworkMod / backup.
– Disconnect your S3 from the PC and turn it off.
– Go into recovery mode on for your smartphone.
– Then select “Wipe data factory reset “,” wipe cache partition “and” wipe dalvick cache “.
– Select Backup and Restore option, then choose to restore the backup
