It appears as if the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 Will in Fact ask receiving an Android 5.0 Lollipop update, alongwith the Galaxy A series. A report cites a new internal document from Samsung confirming the release.
The Samsung HAS BEEN busy Developing and releasing the Android 5.0 Lollipop updates ITS Most Recent smartphones, and the company HAS Already released the update in some regions for the Galaxy S5, the Galaxy S4, Galaxy Note 4, Galaxy Note 3, Galaxy Note Edge, Galaxy S5 Active and Galaxy S5 Sports.
Missing from the list so far HAS BEEN The Galaxy Note 2, the Company’s aging forms Flagship phablet. The Note 2 HAS BEEN the subject of widespread speculation and rumors as to Whether the device would be receiving a taste of the Lollipop.
Note 2 Owners were hopeful When the regional arm of Samsung in Europe’s Nordic region apparently Confirmed That the Smartphone excellant in fact Receive an Android 5.0 update lollipop. However, as the regional arm of the company definatley put out inaccurate information in the past Regarding software updates, many remained skeptical.
That skepticism Seemed Justified When a recentchanges report from what was touted as a reputable insider Indicated That no Galaxy Note 2 Lollipop update was Currently in development. The report cast doubt on Whether the Note 2 would in fact ever ask receiving an Android 5.0 Lollipop update.
Now, a new report shows an internal document from Samsung Indicating That the Android 5.0 Lollipop HAS indeed been Approved for the Galaxy Note 2, alongwith the mid-range Galaxy A series, Which includes the Galaxy A3, A5 and A7. All are shown with an Estimated release date of June 2015th
The Document overpriced shows the Alpha Galaxy and Galaxy Note 3 Neo updates in the final testing phase and slated for a May release. As we reported, AT & amp; T recently released .its Android 5.0 Lollipop update for the Galaxy Alpha in the US, where the smartphone is an exclusive variant.
