Galaxy S5 Specs: Android KitKat 4.4.3 Release Date for S4, S3, Note 3, Note 2 … – The Epoch Times

Android's KitKat 4.4.3 update could be available for a couple of Samsung products, including the recently launched Galaxy S5, soon.

Samsung is currently testing Android 4.4.3 KitKat updates for the Galaxy S5, Galaxy S4, Galaxy S3, Galaxy Note 3, Galaxy Note 2, Galaxy Note 3 Neo, Galaxy Grand 2, and Galaxy Mega, according to SamMobile.

Android KitKat 4.4.3 is expected to fix the multiple bugs that users are having with Android KitKat 4.4.2. It is rumored that Android KitKat

4.4.3 will have more than three dozen bug fixes.

Common complains of Samsung users for Android KitKat 4.4.2 include battery drain, "lock-screen-of-death," contact list sync issues, and phone lag. Most of these problems have to be fixed via a factory reset.

Although there is no release date for Android KitKat 4.4.3 yet, Samsung may skip Android KitKat 4.4.2 and jump straight Android KitKat 4.4.3 for its devices that are coming out in June. If rumors that Android KitKat 4.5 will be released in July are accurate, than Samsung's speculated software jump might be a reality.

Since Samsung's Galaxy Note 2, Galaxy Note 3, Galaxy S4, and Galaxy S3 are just getting the Android KitKat 4.4.2 updates, it seems unlikely that they will get the Android KitKat 4.4.3 updates, when it does come out.
