Samsung Galaxy Note 2 Android 4.2.2 Update Arrives - SidhTech

One handset That has been just as popular with Those buying and Developing Those is the Samsung Galaxy Note is the second Developers love it so much That They have released a custom ROM for Jelly Bean 4.2.2, so you don, AOT have to wait for the official version to come out.

Of course When you go ahead and install a ROM you do need to take care and you do not have to follow the steps care fully.

The ROM works only with the AT & T Galaxy Note 2: Verizon Galaxy Note 2: Sprint Galaxy Note 2 and the T-Mobile Galaxy Note 2 and the handsets do not have to be rooted.

You do need to check That You’ll have about 70% battery left as you don, AOT want to run out.

You should switch off security on the device and the computer.

You also need to make surethat USB debugging has been enabled and you can do this by going into Settings on the devices, application development and check for USB debugging.

You will need ClockwordMod installed on the handset and You should make a backup of the handset.

Once you have checked all of the above You should follow the instructions below to put the ROM onto your handset.

One: Install Samsung, AOS USB drivers onto your PC.

Two: Connect your device to your PC and copy your chosen ROM and Google Apps to your phone, AOS SD card.

Three: Turn off your Note 2 and reboot it into recovery mode by pressing and holding the volume up, volume down and power keys once it AOS turned off.

Four: Make a Nandroid backup for your gift ROM so you can restore it if you need to. Select Backup and Restore> Backup. You can choose restore if you need to revert.

Five: In the main menu, choose wipe data / factory reset and wipe cache partition. Then go back and select advanced> Wipe Dalvik Cache.

Six: Return to the main menu and choose install zip from SD card> choose zip from SD card. Choose the custom ROM zip filethat you, aove Copied onto your Note 2 and confirm the installation. Do this again with Google Apps.

Seven: Once the installation has finished, return to main menu and choose reboot system now.

Eight: Your Note 2 will reboot, and this first run might take four or five minutes, so don, AOT worry.

If you have Followed the instructions care fully you shouldhave Jellybean 4.2.2 installed on your handset and be able to enjoy all the goodness of AOPK, Paranoid Android and CynogenMod.
