How To Unlock Galaxy S3 Or Note 2 In 5 Steps - SidhTech

If you are the owner of the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 or the Samsung Galaxy S3 you can unlock your device, without it costing you a penny and in easy to follow steps. When its unlocked you are able to use the device with any carrier and anywhere in the world.

For instance if you have taken out a Samsung Galaxy S3 locked with Verizon, you can only use it with Verizon. If you unlock the device you can use it with any carrier. You could send it to friends or family if you want, overseas. To unlock your handset, just follow the steps below.

Take out your SIM card and put another one in That is not for your carrier, then turn off the device and turn it back on again.

You can then go into the dialpad and type in * # 197328640 #. Head to Main Menu> [1] UMTS> [1] Debug Screen> [8] Phone Control> [6] Network Lock> Options [3] Perso SHA256 OFF. You then wait for 30 seconds. Then go back into and select Back. You should hopefully see Network Lock. Choose [4] NW NW Lock Data INITIALLIZ.

The sequence That You shouldhave typed in is Asterisk Pound One Nine Seven Three Two Four Six Eight Zero Pound. Some people call the asterisk the star button, and the pound button sometimes gets called hash.

You should now have an unlocked device That can be used with whatever carrier you want, anywhere in the world. The same code May be used on other devices of Samsung.
