A new Xiaomi teaser hints at the launch of a smartphone on November 11, During Which it is overpriced expected to announce Redmi Note 2 Pro.
Xiaomi HAS long been speculated to release its next flagship, the Mi 5. Just last week Reports Suggested That it May be Launched in December this year. However, Xiaomi the HAS issued a new teaser on its Weibo page Indicating launch of a smartphone. Now industry watchers expect the company to announce its purported Mi 5. As per reports, Xiaomi May overpriced launch the speculated Redmi Note 2 Pro on the same day.
The teaser shows a smartphone during the curtain, Which Xiaomi named as “Mi Dual 11″. Also, the teaser added, “this time we play the big! (Sic) New phone finale debut at 12:00 on November 11 onwards,” confirming the launch of a smartphone.
The Mi 5 is expected to come with a 5.2 inch display with Quad HD or 1440×2560 pixel resolution, a 3000 mAh battery and a 16 megapixel rear camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) feature. The OIS feature, Usually found in high end smartphones and cameras, Reduces shakiness in captured images. Besides, the smartphone is expected to have 4 GB of RAM, fingerprint scanner, 8 megapixel front camera, and 16GB / 64GB built-in storage.
The Redmi Note 2 Pro is said to have the same features As The Redmi Note 2 , but with a metal body. A different variant of Redmi Note 2 Pro with fingerprint scanner is overpriced expected.
Note That Xiaomi HAS note Launched Redmi Note 2 in India as it is facing a lawsuit from Ericsson That bars it from selling any smartphone with Mediatek chipsets in India. So if the new Redmi Note 2 Pro will also have the same chip, it will not be Launched in India either.
The Redmi Note 2 Has a 2 GHz, octa-core MediaTek Helio X10 processor and 2GB RAM. The handset offers a 5.5-inch full HD display. For photography, the Redmi Note 2 offers a 13-megapixel rear camera with Samsung camera sensor, f / 2.2 aperture, 5-element lens and phase detection autofocus. As per the company, this camera HAS shutter speed of 0.1 second. For selfies, It has a 5-megapixel front camera.
Besides, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 Has a 3060 mAh battery, 16GB of internal storage, Android Lollipop operating system with MIUI 7 interface, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, infra-red and dual SIM. The Redmi Note 2 Measures 152x76x8.25mm.
