Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 2 Pro smartphone HAS BEEN in the leaks for quite sometime now with no concrete word on a launch as of yet. But That changed early yesterday When The company posted a teaser on its official Weibo page, pretty much Confirming That the handset will be revealed on the 24th of November.
The teaser mentions the words “Grand Finale” on top and the details of The launch (date and other info) at the bottom. The vagueness of the teaser tells us That Xiaomi might also be looking to release the Mi 5 flagship During the same event, Which HAS BEEN long overdue.
The Redmi Note 2 Pro HAS Already made an appearance on the Chinese certification page, TENAA, suggesting That a launch is not far away. The listing HAS Confirmed That the device would be sporting a fingerprint scanner at the back and an all-metal design to give it That premium look. The Redmi Note 2 was strictly a budget device, so it will be interesting to see if the Pro version will adhere to the same principles.
