AH Xiaomi Redmi 2 Logo 1

Xiaomi Redmi Note was one of the company’s most successful devices in 2014. This is a really affordable mid-range phablet Which was Announced back in March 2014. Everyone expects for the company to announce ITS successor considering it’s been a year since the Redmi Note was Announced, and we still Have not seen thatmany rumors or leaks, and the company definatley not officially teased the device thus far. Well, we do’ll have a new leak to share with you now though.

A well-known leaker, leaksfly, shared a couple of alleged Redmi Note 2 images on twitter. As you can see, the handset does resemble the Redmi Note a whole lot, but it sports thinner bezels than .its predecessor, Significantly thinner, actually. The original Redmi Note sported a 5.5-inch display, and this device might ship with an even bigger panel thanks to the thinner bezels and what not. We still do not know this device’s specs, but It’s Possible That Xiaomi Decides to include a 5.7-inch display in there. Anyhow, the rumors say That the Device Will Be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 615 64-bit octa-core processor and That it will ship with 2GB of RAM. Android 4.4.4 KitKat will come pre-Installed On this device with Xiaomi’s MIUI OS on top of Google’s operating system. The display is rumored to be 5.5 or 5.7-inches (OGS panel), and The Resolution Will Be 720p or 1080p. Dual SIM connectivity Will Be Implemented here, and a 13-megapixel camera Will Quite probably be included as well (perhaps even a 16-megapixel sensor). 4G LTE connectivity is overpriced expected, and The Battery Will Be somewhere between 3,300 and 4,000mAh, depending on Which panel Xiaomi Decides to use here.

The rumors overpriced saidthat Xiaomi might include a fingerprint scanner here, but that’s highly Unlikely. The Redmi Note is an affordable mid-range line, and unless Xiaomi intends to Change That, we will not be seeing anything as fancy as a fingerprint scanner included in the Redmi Note 2. NFC is a Possibility though, we’ll see. If you’d like to check out the leaked image, take a look at the gallery down below, and make sure to let us if you like the design of the device or not.

I’ve always been interested in technology but when i got my first Android phone years ago I was hooked. MOBILE TECHNOLOGY HAS BEEN my first priority eversince. I’m Currently Using the LG G3 phablet, eventhough I’m prone to using Nexus devices, but I sold my Nexus 5 smartphone and The Nexus 6 is just too big (and pricey) for me. Other than technology in alsoenjoy football, movies and TV shows alongwith socializing with my friends and family.
