Galaxy Note 2 Lollipop Update Reportedly Not In Development – Ubergizmo (blog)

Late last year there were some Indications That Samsung would release the Galaxy Note 2 Lollipop update at somepoint in 2015. Most of the company’s high-end devices havealready drew the jump to Android 5.0 and now Samsung is turning .its attention towards the mid-range and some of .its older compatible devices. Galaxy Note 2′s fate reportedly still hangs in the balance as the Samsung HAS Not even started Developing the update for this device.

The report comes from the folks at Sammobile, who’ll have a pretty solid track record for all things Samsung, Their Insiders Reveal That The Samsung HAS Not even started development of the Lollipop update for the Galaxy Note is the second

In December last year Samsung Finland had Confirmed That The Galaxy Note 2 Will receive an update to the Lollipop. It was Listed Among All Devices That Samsung willbring Up To The Latest iteration of Android.

The Samsung HAS not said a word about the Lollipop status of the Galaxy Note 2 since last year. Even after this report there HAS been no confirmation or denial by Samsung about the Galaxy Note 2 Lollipop update.

The report overpriced talks about Android 5.1. Apparently Samsung HAS Not Started working on the Android 5.1 update for all compatible devices. Google only released the latest version of Lollipop A couple of weeks back so it makes sense why Samsung HAS not got the balling rolling just yet.
