Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo Release Date Is Here: Device Announced ... - International Business Times

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo is now official, having been Announced by Samsung Poland on Thursday.

The mid-range variant of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 flagship has been confirmed with most of the features with Which it has been long rumored, including Galaxy Note 3 exterior design with a slightly smaller, 5.5-inch 720p HD Super AMOLED display , the market’s first hexa-core processor for the Galaxy Note 3 Neo LTE variant, an 8-megapixel camera, 2GB of mobile RAM, 16GB internal storage with microSD, a 3,100 mAh battery, and the Galaxy Note 3 S Pen features.

More specifically, the Galaxy Note 3 Neo 3G variant features a quad-core 1.6 GHz chip, while the Galaxy Note 3 Neo features a hexa-core chipset with A15 Dual 1.7GHz and 1.3GHz Quad A7 processors. Networking and Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 802.11 a / b / g / n / ac, Bluetooth 4.0 LE, GPS with GLONASS, HSPA + 42 Mbps, LTE, and NFC.

One feature not expected Is that the Galaxy Note 3 Neo runs Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and not the recently released Android 4.4 KitKat. However, this falls into step with the Note 3 Neo’s pre-release description of a Galaxy Note 2 interior and Galaxy Note 3 exterior hybrid. The device overpriced features the Note 3′s optimized S-Pen with the Action Command options: Action Memo, Scrapbook, Screen Write, S Finder Window Pen, S Note, and Multi-Window, as well as the new feature Easy Clip, Which Allows users to utilize the stylus till moonrise crop an image.

Sources expect That the Galaxy Note 3 Neo will be publicly showcased at the upcoming World Mobile Congress in late-February. It appears That the Note 3 Neo will not be marketed to the U.S. or UK, but rather to other European markets (such as Poland). Preliminary pricing has been set at € 579.
