C Spire Wireless, a regional carrier, has beaten the Verizon Galaxy S3 Android 4.3 update to the punch as the software is currently rolling out to owners right now. The update can be pulled Over-the-Air and the upgrade process Should not be a lengthy one given That the carrier is regional and not as widespread as some of These other carriers.
