The Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update May not be Considered as a major update but it is coming quickly to major cell phones. Rumor is going on about the Android 4.3 update coming to Galaxy Note 2 and Galaxy S3.

In the Recent past, Samsung has rolled out the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean update on many of its devices including non-flagship devices. Samsung USUALLY rolls out updates into its phases. So, it will take sometime for all the region to receive the update.

Samsung has not confirmed anything on the update being rolled out for Note 2 and S3. According To the rumor mill, the Android 4.2 update will be skipped and both the devices will Directly get the Android 4.3 update jelly.
