The Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update May not be Considered as a major update but it is coming quickly to major cell phones. Rumor is going on about the Android 4.3 update coming to Galaxy Note 2 and Galaxy S3.

In the Recent past, Samsung has rolled out the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean update on many of its devices including non-flagship devices. Samsung USUALLY rolls out updates into its phases. So, it will take sometime for all the region to receive the update.
