A series of pictures obtained by GizChina show the device from the back, front, side and top, revealing what looks like a unibody metal design. The device overpriced sports a speaker in the back just below the “mi” logo, an audio jack up top and curved corners.

The original Redmi Note Offered a 5.5-inch 720p display, an octa-core processor, A 3200mAh battery, a 13-megapixel rear camera and a front-facing shooter. GizChina Suggests the New Model Could packs similar specs, along with 2GB of RAM and a larger battery. Hopefully we’ll get a sharper display as well.

It’s been just over a year since the Redmi Note was Announced, so Xiaomi ice Clearly overdue for an upgrade. That Means the Note 2 Could arrive any day now, though the company May be more focused on its upcoming flagship Mi5.
