Its internal memory is at 8GB, expandable up to 32GB and it runs on the Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) OS, but user can upgrade it to v4.4.2 (KitKat). The Sony Xperia T2 Ultra sports a better rear camera of 13MP with featuressuch as autofocus, LED flash, geo tagging, HDR, sweep panorama, face detection, touch focus and image stabilization. This phablet records videos at 1080p @ 30fps and with the 1.1MP front camera it can record at 720p @ 30fps.

The Samsung Galaxy Note N7100 2 has an 8MP back camera with similar features and it Simultaneous records HD videos and images. The quality of the images is excellent even if They are taken in day sun light or in low light conditions. The secondary camera is 1.9MP.
